Another one bites the dust
I have finished the shawl that I started awhile back and ran out of yarn. The yarn finally arrived so I finished it last night. It feels so good to complete projects that have been sitting awhile for one reason or another.
Not sure who it will go to yet, I might keep it for myself. *grin* Anyway I just wanted to share this with you and will be back later in the day to let you know my plans for my next project.
*hugs* and have a wonderful day!

Yes, it is a great feeling when you finish projects that have set around awhile and you did a great job on this shawl. It is beautiful and the colors are delightful. Someone will be proud to wear this one. Sis You are so fast too. I am amazed at how many of this type of projects you do so quickly. And I love the stitch too.
Scarlet, I just love the shawl, you are doing some beautiful work....The colors are so comforting...I have used the V stitch for a border but not made anything with it, May need to do that, it is such a pretty stitch. Big Hugs
It looks yummy! I'm amazed you were able to match your yarn. I sometimes make things long after purchasing yarn, so when I don't have enough I try to be creative with other colors, trims etc. Way to go!! I know what you mean about finishing things. I've been trying hard lately to do that. Each project is in a canvas tote, and the totes were piling up here in my office. I like to keep them in totes so I can grab the smaller ones to go...wherever, leaving the larger items to work on here at home.
The shawl is very pretty, looks soft and very comforting.

Beautiful! Your work is always beautiful. I love the V stitch also and use it often. Thanks for sharing your lovely work.
