Now for Something Totally Different

I am done with the scarves and decided today that I wanted to try my hand at thread work. I have started the Between Meal Centerpiece and it is coming along nicely. Sis is working one at the same time incase I have questions she can help me but, so far so good. Below is a photo of it. The color thread is #3 weights in Monet and it is Aunt Lydias. Very nice to work with.

I think I am going to like this thread work. I am nervous about trying this pattern with some Copper Mist #10. I just love the color.

*hugs* and Remember to "Crochet a Memory".

Looking great.....I love to use thread, but my hands sure don't like the small hook. I have faith in you....can't wait to see the finished project.

That is just beautiful. I love those colors. I don't really do a lot of thread work, but I have a few tiny hooks with large handles to use for flannel edgings. I've always wanted to do a doily. I looked at some at Etsy recently in fact. Always so delicate looking. I ramble... I love your work as always. You can do it!

Nice looking colors sis, I think we both stopped last night in the same spot. I am starting on row 15 today. You are doing wonderful. You need to have faith and confidence in yourself. See how well your doing without me.
