New Things

I love this rattle. The texture is so perfect, and look at the size of it. When I saw in Crochet World April 2011 I thought it was much smaller. Just too darn cute.

Sis and I both made these and I love her choice of colors. Great job she did on this one too. It is such a great pot holder.

Bazaar Clown

Here is sis's version of the Bazaar Clown. I love the way hers came out. I adore her hat and hair and nose the best. Hers was done before mine but I could not post it at the time. I am so proud of her work. She gave this clown to NIck and he took it to work for on his desk.

A Gift of Warmth and Love

Sis just finished another new pattern. These fingerless gloves will be going too a dear friend of Scarlet's named Janette. They were for a young girl but were admired by Janette so Moranda said to give them to her and make me another pair. Both have a good and loving heart.

I just love the buttons sis chose, I think they look so dressy. Oh and I forgot to mention they are made of cotton.

Hexagon Sweater

Sis made another of Bev's version of the Hexagon Sweater pattern. This time in a lime green and yellow heather colored yarn. I love the color of this one. And it looks like she chose to use her own pattern for cuffs and waistband also. This pattern is so fast. I can see myself making many of these for gifts.

Hexagon Granny Baby Jacket

Bev's version of the Hexagon Sweater pattern can be found here. Sis made one too. She actually started her's a while ago and put it on hold. Today she finished her's also, and here it is...

They look so different using different yarn types. Not sure what size hook sis used but they are so EASY and fast to do. Sweater in a few hours. Just the type of pattern I like. Her yarn was the Neapolitan and turned out so precious.

Mad Hatter

Sticking with the Alice in Wonderland theme here is the Mad Hatter that sis finished yesterday. I just adore that bow tie and the bright yellow sweater or jacket. He turned out fabulous, don't you think so too? He has so much character.

Sis's lastest offering is this cute little rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. I think he is precious. I am not sure what materials she used or where the pattern came from.

I think it is amazing how much sis is doing with hands that just had surgery, not to mention the leg and shoulder work that was done also in the last three months.

YOU GO SIS!!!!!!!!!

Legwarmers Side Track

Sis has a friend that needed these and so she whipped up a pair for her, stepping away from the Crobots for a moment. I think they are marvelous. Oh, and did I tell you that Robins have been spotted on the East Coast of the United States. Hooray!

Any way back to the legwarmers. I am sure they will still get plenty of use before spring arrives. And I personally love the color. Of course she made the pattern up herself.

Here is the photo of them finished.

Will just look at those eyes and that topknot. Gotta love it! And the yarn color is perfect. I think he is just right for a zombie. That screw coming out of the side of his head is an excellent touch.

Here is the second in the book, done by sis of course. I just love the colors she chose. They are so hot. Hot pink and lime green. And if you know sis, you got to know she loves green.

He is so adorable. Makes me want to turn up the music.

Isn't he adorable. Sis asked me to post a photo of her Dogbot. I think he turned out precious.
She used a "C" hook and some scrap yarn, we are guessing that it is Some Caron Simply Soft in a varigated Speckle. But are not sure.
